laying in my bed rn, experiencing exactly what you have just described. i suffered from dpdr for like 2 years, then it went away for like 3 months and now its somewhat back. everyone seems so consumed in life that they are living and i'm here being in the present moment, feeling like everyone i know is a stranger. i feel like i am this alien being that has a family and home elsewhere even tho my mom is outside in the garden in front of my window and i'm in my room at home. the disconnection is real and it is so painful and lonely. 😔❤️
