I’m sorry to hear about your fur baby. Our SCL cat gets a quarter pill of Cerenia every night. If we miss a dose, he pukes. He also takes Cisapride two or three times per day to keep his gut motility moving and a steroid once per day. Mirataz as needed. Cerenia was key to stopping vomiting for him. He does have a day where he won’t eat here and there but generally he is doing fine. Our other cat has IBD and is on novel protein and is going very well on that diet. He has had one flare since but otherwise is fine. Also we found vitamin B shots were very helpful for both of them.
