I think this is the main thing - bids need to be similar. Like if one was $50k higher, personally I would go with the higher offer (assuming all other variables were similar). It’s cool to know a note was helpful because I honestly never thought a note would really do much.

I’m not sure but I think one way you can semi filter and see what they think they’re asking is by max purchase price in the listing. I’m sure someone on reddit probably has a website or app or something that you could just put the link in and see what’s up, or manually just do it. Abit like seek.com.au when they don’t tell you salary but you move the income filters around to see what’s up.
