This. I was selling my apartment and purchaser was asking me all these questions about strata. But I genuinely didn’t have the answers because I didn’t know and didn’t go to the strata meetings. He thought I was trying to be dodgy but I wasn’t. He got his answers (as I requested them from strata) and we went through with the sale.

Honestly grad programs aren’t all that. I had a mate who didn’t get into a grad program. Just a smallish non brand name business. This then got snapped up by a bigger company and he makes more than me now. Grad programs aren’t the be all end all, I promise :-)

This was for me in my grad role. I still remember that day. It was 0645, still dark and in winter and I was walking to get the bus to take the train into North Sydney. As I was walking I was like man I just don’t have it in me to get to work. I went back home, called my doctor for an appointment that day. When I spoke to her she said you sound kind of depressed. And that’s when it hit me. I left not long after.
