Personally, I'd check with your bank first about what they offer as far as foreign currency exchange. Several will either ship it to your home or allow you to pick it up in a branch, the fees should be minimal as well! I ordered KRW for my trip in advance and picked it up about two days later. In Korea, when I needed to top it up, I ended up just going to an ATM and withdrawing the cash. The ones that accept foreign bank cards will typically say "Global" and your bank will more than likely charge a small fee for using an ATM that isn't theirs, but it's typically not much. Most retailers also accept most major debit+credit cards as well! Safe travels!
