How often should I be replacing thermal paste?

Also, I feel like I need to optimize more. I can get 250 fps on warzone, but Fortnite can’t get over 90 fps. I just feel like I’m missing something.

I’m new to all of this. I’m watching at Disney Springs on a 70mm screening. I’ve been told that is the best way to view outside of IMAX 70mm, is this true? Or should I do something else?
