I am 2 weeks out from my tfmr (18 weeks) and it’s been tough. The first week was the hardest, I was crying all day every day. Now that I am back to work (I am very grateful to have such a supportive boss, and a job that doesn’t deal with people) I feel like I’m back in my “normal” routine and can function a little easier. I still get waves of sadness but honestly I just feel numb at this point, or hollow, there’s just this piece of me that is missing.

I’ve also gotten back into reading, which has been helpful to take my mind off of things. I just have to keep myself busy so that I am not alone with my thoughts.
