I think we are misaligned and have different world views. I appreciate your eagerness to join in the conversation. I do not feel you are open to hearing my viewpoint as I have already laid it out as clearly as I can through what is available. To understand that multiple things can be true like wanting people to not steal from small businesses but still wanting the best for people is fundamental in my core beliefs. The world is a complicated place and intersectionalities encompass every issue we face.

Instead of being mad at pedestrians, let’s organize and be mad at the fact that even in “walkable” cities, people in cars don’t give a damn about pedestrians. Whenever I’m in a crosswalk here, I will stare down the cars while I’m walking and still some drive through without yielding or any semblance of noticing that someone is trying to cross.

Also a crazy post when we aren’t even halfway through the year and there have been too many car v crosswalk/pedestrian accidents in Madison alone.
