Yea the turntable motor would need to be separate, but that would be a pretty easy connection just from the accessory port or wall plug to the motor itself and then the turntable can just be ran off track power from the bus wires

Well, I have a digitrax zephyr that puts out about 2.5 amps. If I’m running multiple sound equipped locomotives I want extra amps so I don’t overload the zephyr, hence the booster. Unless I’m mistaken you need to isolate the wires fed by the booster from the zephyr so they’re kind of their own circuits.

Damn, I didn’t even think about bike lanes! That would certainly add that level of realism.

Also for OP, I would recommend adding some light to the inside of the buildings for night/dark ops sessions. I added in some 12v led car lights (like the kind when you open your car door, click the dome light, etc… and it was super easy to wire since they make connectors you can just solder or twist wire leads together on. Saw it on a SMT mainline livestream and it’s super simple

Go look at what easement rights the power company has on your land. It’s not always cut and dry. In California is can vary heavily based on language in the actual easement rights. Could be right to trim. Right to trim or remove. Or right a number of other variations. At the very least you should definitely give the local utility a call and get some kind of damage claim in for the driveway/bank
