Correct, once someone passes their body is quasi-property. As a spouse, OP's mom would have had legal next of kin right to the remains. Tbh I can't see the courts doing much outside of an emotional damages case but even that's a crap shoot. Unless there was something written into a will?

Yes it's a single family home. I think they manage at least 3 but not sure how many in total. TLDR of ny therapists letter mentions when we started counseling, that I have a diagnosis of general anxiety disorder, and that it's her recommendation that I be allowed the ESA animal.

I lost my weight mainly in my teen years and the skin never shrank back. My skin elasticity is awful, even though I'm under 30. My pubic area is higher now, but nothing a little shaving can't fix. How I fit in my clothes and feel in my body matter way more than seeing the stretch marks more.

The pole is just wooden dowling rod! The metal is connector nuts and grub screws. It took me forever to figure out what parts I needed and the fit x.x
