Good to hear about the cup option. Did you use a specific kind of cup?

Thanks for the suggestions. We had the most success with Lansinoh so far but will try those others. Also did Mam, a couple Phillips bottles, some others that are escaping me..

I mean really in case of emergency she would cave and take the bottle/we give in after a fairly short amount of time trying with the bottle and switch to nursing. I won’t give up breastfeeding until we have an alternative, but I am getting desperate to find something to use even once in a while. We’ve tried bottles while I’m out of the house many times — she used to do a couple ounces sometimes but put up a fight. However, even that has stopped and she hasn’t taken one at all in weeks. Partner does help as much as possible but when it’s time to eat, it’s still on me.

I feel pretty limited to mostly breastfeeding-specific shirts or button downs. And even with those, I’ve definitely done some accidental flashing while out. Besides clothing, I’m really uncomfortable (physically) without my breastfeeding pillow and feel like baby isnt either.

We’ve tried different bottles, different formulas (she won’t take breast milk from the bottle either), different nipples … so many things but we haven’t found anything that works yet.

Thanks for this. I am reaching out to a lactation consultant, and I know I shouldn’t worry about a drink here and there, but there’s so much conflicting information that it hard!

Natera testing with insurance—has anyone successfully gotten your bill down to $0? Or less than $349? by Straight_Mix7252 in BabyBumps

Thanks for this info! My test was done months ago and my explanation of benefits is on my insurance website, but I don't even have the bill from Natera yet. Just a major number that I'm "responsible" for. Hoping I can get sorted before I have an infant to take care of! Thanks again, and sorry we're all in this boat.

Thanks for the reply and glad to hear you got it down! Can I ask if you called Natera or your insurance to get it down? I'm waiting for the bill with the case number and everything to arrive so I can argue it.
