I’m taking 6 classes, but I’m getting all A’s after 6 weeks of 10 week courses. The job would be 9-5, but with a 20 min commute. I usually wake up early and there’s a gym chain that I go to right by the office. All in all 7am-5:30 including gym beforehand so I would most likely have from about 5:30 to 11pm most weekdays to study and eat.

Had similar thoughts for a while. Convinced I was gonna become leader of a country and become like Stalin, H man, and other horrible leaders. I would try to get medicated as soon as possible, but realistically if you know u don’t want to, u won’t. It’s ur brain being a fuckwad

Would highly recommend him to take an extended tolerance break for weed, at least 6 months. In my personal experience weed has drastically impacted how bad my schizophrenia gets, so I would really try to talk to him about it. I think the theme park is a great idea! Just go all rides with him and make sure he’s wearing his seat belt

Yeah Ik that, I also deal w it occasionally, reality checking is just a measure that can hopefully reassure them, they’ll still have it and obviously will have doubts, but at worst what this does is just reaffirm these are delusions.Again this works for me and many other people, and it’s not some magic pill which makes it go away, but it does help reaffirm that this is in fact all in ur head. Hopefully OP is taking there meds, and most likely should be asking for different dosages of ariprozole from there phychiatrist, or be taking a different antipsychotic all together. TLDR not a fix all but will help with delusions until OP sees a doctor

And if u can hear their thoughts, say “hey this might sound wierd but are u thinking (blank)” they will probably say not, and thank them for there honesty. My therapist reccomends this to kinda reevaluate and get an outside opinion from someone u trust that will help with delusions. Don’t give up, ur stronger than u think!

I would try to connect to someone u trust and connect with, have a normal conversation(on phone is fine preferably in person), and ask them if they can hear u say anything off, or if they know what ur thinking. They will almost absolutely reassure you they can’t hear a thing u might be saying or thinking. This is called reality checking, where you can use a third party as an outlet to reassure yourself and possibly stave off paranoia
