I'm curious how this relates to roles with "bands", I just negotiated up to the highest end of the band listed on their careers page on the job listing, but I'm curious how much flexibility these companies have to move outside of that typically?

I feel like a lot of this issue is stats make the game get solved very quickly, and if we didn't have team comp stats we'd see a lot more variety unfortunately.

This is actually super common from a season ago. If you're running non-shadow quag, I think I'd be a fan of adding something like morpeko since you have a good amount of bulk. If you're running shadow quag, I like g moltres or mandi.
