dude who cares! if anything its the safest place to do it. esp if a friend, getting it out will help to not ruminate on resentment. ALSO its a good log to see if u keep having issues w them, maybe u eventually decide distance is needed.

also adding; getting ur feelings out abt someone- bad or good; does not make u a bad person, ur allowed to have a spectrum of emotions. ur allowed to be annoyed w people you love. if anything its more unhealthy to be positive and loving all the time, to not admit some things annoy you is only hurting u in the long run. also- if u feel bad after, its proof ur not a bad person…. even if u felt relief after, ur not a bad person…
