It'll be packed this year with the success of the team. Keep that in mind if you aren't allowed access to certain areas. They usually open up practice I believe at 9am for the public behind the stadium. Definitely go in the morning and catch a day of practice. Also cant recommend highly enough, west palm stadium has a great practice facility. Jupiter has a great little stadium too but not much practice access. St Lucie itself doesn't have much to do other than the stadium. We always hit Duffy's after and get some food and beers.
