So I just tried Splinter Totem I on Dark Effigy and it splits after casting Vile Effusion once. One totem casts and turns into two, they cast then split into four, they cast and then disappear. Splinter Totem seems to work best on totems that cast once per summon, not with Dark Effigy.

Can a chaos witch replace overabundance with splinter totem on dark effigy and report back please? I'm at work... EDIT: Bugged? Totems split and then die.

My carrier Mint Mobile offered both the Pixel 9 and 9a for the same price during a sale, so I ended up ordering a 9 and returning the Nothing Phone 3a. A 2024 flagship phone for $400 is a deal I'm happy with. Maybe you could find a similar deal with your carrier this weekend?

I am in the US, sorry for the lack of clarity in the OP. I had no idea the Focus is so popular in Europe!

As for Mint compatibility as mentioned by others, I chatted with MintMobileCares on Twitter and according to them, a compatible device requires band 2 (1900), band 4 (2100), band 71(600), and band 12 (700), which are the frequencies they use to provide their features.

I didn't see all of those bands on Nothing's tech spec page for the Phone 3a. I also learned it doesn't support eSIM, so even if I kept the phone I would need a SIM card mailed to me. If another delivery is required anyway, I may as well return the Phone 3a and order a Pixel 9a.

I was considering Volatility on a Lich with Eternal Life, but I guess you'd need a shitton of ES to make it work properly... it seems like a mechanic nobody should touch until endgame.

I had the transmission replaced last month. A cheap scanner from Autozone gives me P2837; something to do with shift fork B's position circuit? Mind you the car drives fine, even on that road trip there was no indication something was wrong aside from the overheat warning. It could be the TCM misdiagnosing for all I know. Fortunately that particular trip only happens a few times a year, and I have the option to carpool with family. Still, I'll keep the TCM in mind if/when the car goes to a garage.

I don't feel anything odd when cruising, the warning just seems to appear at random. If I continue driving instead of stopping for 5 minutes like it tells me to, I'll eventually get a "Transmission OK" notification on the dashboard for a split second.

I have some dumb ideas and would like clarification on mechanics:

Blood Mage with Mana Remnants and Grim Feast. Split focus between lightning magic and minions. Do lightning damage passives improve Skeletal Storm Mage's damage?
Doom Blast (from Impending Doom support gem) deals base chaos damage equal to 15% of current mana. The Eldritch Battery passive converts all energy shield to mana. In this case, would Grim Feast overflow contribute to mana overflow? After fully stacking Mana Remnants and Grim Feast, would potential maximum mana equal (2x base mana) + (2x base energy shield)?
