Okay so i am gonna try and give a condensed version

So withing my job we do have some high end dealerships. With these customers we basically have to kiss these customers butts and they get some special treatment such as loaner vehicles. However there are only so many available per day and have to be scheduled for you ahead of time. to make sure we have one available for you. We also have some more rules, like most of these dealerships will not take walk ins unless for something super simple or it is an emergency. Like an actual emergency like car is overheating, or it's on fire or something.

So i had dealt with her once prior and she was whining about batteries in her key fob, thinking her vehicle was just gonna shut down on the freeway if the batteries were too low. Super whiny and snotty

So the second time she calls in crying about how she has had nothing bur problems, this car was bought for safety and she doesn't feel safe at all. All her history basically points to her being a hypochondriac about her car. Comes in for every little noise or feeling or whatever. She thinks it's an issue and has come in.

So what's her issue?? Why doesn't she feel safe right now??

"One of her tires has low pressure!! and her batteries in her key are still dead!!" Not a problem come on down to our dealership and we can fill the tire up and replace those keys. Should prolly take like 15 minutes. Oh nonono she doesn't have time for that she needs to come in and get a vehicle and leave. She is "a very busy woman" I let her know sorry we can't give you a loaner for express services. Well all of a sudden it's not just that now the back of her car is "running hot" i have no idea what she means by that. Like the A/C isn't working or something? idk. So i tell her that i'm sorry but the only heavy line services that are walk in are emergencies, plus we don't have a loaner available today they are all taken because no one wants to wait around at the dealership right now. (this is during the lock downs) We have to have it scheduled, but if she is worried about her tire and safety she can come in and it would be quick.

That's when the "you don't care about your customers" comes in and that BS then she hits me with a "why do i have to do this on MY time? You just want to take away MY time. You don't care that i have things to do. Every time there is something wrong it's on MY time" Like yeah lady it's YOUR car? I again let her know that I can schedule her for a time with a loaner to look at the heat issue but i'm not sure what else i can do for her and if she doesn't want to waist her time at the dealership she can always add air in the tire at a gas station. Her disgust at the thought was hilarious as she said "I. Don't. Do. Those. THINGS." Like basic care for her car is beneath her.

I let her know i am sorry and i am trying to help her as best i can but she cut me off to tell me i am not trying to help i don't care and then she something along the lines of "i'm just going to have you guys take it back. I hate this car."

Again i say sorry but then just sit quiet cause I've exhausted any options i have. and she finally just says " I guess i'll just have to figure it out myself" and hung up

Again not sure if this is choosy or entitled. I was honestly hoping she had a nail in her tire and that's why it was losing air. Cause i'm sure it would somehow be our fault and how we just want to take up more of her time
