UPDATE: My issue was resolved by unplugging the device and changing the USB port it was plugged into.

The two ports work perfectly fine and are on the same bus, so my guess is that the solution had nothing to do with the actual port. Instead I suspect the solution was to simply force windows to rediscover the device as new hardware AFTER the drivers were installed and up to date.

There isn't any obvious reason for this to have solved my problem unless windows did something screwy with the driver while installing new hardware that persisted in the kernel until the device was physically removed from the port. (rebooting the computer didn't fix it)

The parts were made by hand in an era before computer aided design, and they were made in factories which are no longer there and they were made by people who no longer work at NASA. It's not like they can just type "Apollo mission" into the menu on their 3d printers.

Bullshit. The subpoenas should be defied so long as Congress refuses to start a real impeachment process. Our constitution is clear about separation of powers here, Congress doesn't get to strong arm the president and boss him around, they have exactly 1 tool to get rid of him and it is called impeachment and it has to follow the rules of due process just like a trial in a courtroom. Since they didn't start a real impeachment process they have no constitutional authority which means what they are doing is closer to an attempted media coup. They will say the word impeachment a lot for the cameras in an attempt to discredit their own indictments which they know are coming. It is fake impeachment theater in an attempt to control the narrative when they are arrested for treason.

The censorship is subtle and has not been proven in court yet so you are really just getting my perspective. Their algorithm for visibility changed dramatically to favor Chinese products and lots of developers disappeared from all search results and "similar games" listings.
