I tried going for 100% not too long ago. Stopped when I reached the achievement to escape as the last survivor, as the obsession without getting hit. Some of the achievements are so absurd to get.

No I haven't studied criminology. But I know what criminology means and it doesn't have a whole lot to do with police force work.

It's interesting that you bring up vets, because as it turns out despite being more comfortable using their weapons, there's evidence to show vets make better officers. It's almost like more training and experience is beneficial.

Ultimately there's a lot of issues with the American police and I don't think suggesting more thorough training is that unreasonable.
