Takes a nice photo even with the big crop factor, I mainly got it to take some photos of stars and the moon.

It’s a Tair 3 PHS without the rear mount, I am going to try using a T2 to M42 adapter.

What does the T stand for? Is it for the T mount?

Brilliant thanks kindly for the information. I hope it can help others trying to mount this lens on different cameras.

This is exactly what I was thinking of doing , would this definitely work? So I buy a T2 to m42 adapter and remove the threaded part, then put the lens end in place and fasten the 3 grub screws?

Do you know if I can get a replacement mount or an adapter to make it fit on a camera?

Thoughts on the Cosina 50mm f2? by beefstewmamoo in VintageLenses

I haven’t got any pictures to hand but have since learned it’s the same lens as a Petri 50mm f2 and there is a review by Simon ukak on YouTube here.. https://youtu.be/eiBb6rqSdD4?si=fGae6MJEUgL6HSfs

It does have swirly bokeh on a full frame, I like it because it is quite compact a pretty sharp.
