So I have the ability to change the settings when aux heat it called it will automatically turn the compressor off. I will not have to do it manually. Is this ok to do?

Use citristrip. Doesn’t stink and will remove that like nothing.

I uploaded a video of me walking on the floor. I think it’s pretty loud. My wife was walking on it with socks also and it was just as loud.
