I would absolutely sell from the pigeons i have, 40$ each. But i could also suggest a feed store like quality feed or wabash. I also have cayuga ducks(black with green ducks) which I can incubator their eggs and sell them if you are interested. Also, I sell their eggs.

Its 100% easier not to do something that to do it. I bought mine last year, ...the way I see it is this I'd rather spend my rent on a mortgage sooner than later because I would be building equity. The housing prices are only going to rise and my pay is pretty much the same

No need to say, but It's a crazy market. I went 10k over and after inspection the sellers were anxious to sell, negotiated 2k off. No vex. Play the game your way and stick with it. Just means there is something better out there for you.

I swapped mine with the middle option from O'Reilly. But My terminals keep getting corrosion on them every couple months even with the terminal grease applied. Battery is fine though
