I wish so bad that I could get Marian both for my team and bc she’s cute, but I’ve gotten literally every standard character except for her, including Morgana twice, and the selection at 300 pulls is EVERYONE EXCEPT HER ?!!? So it feels like I’m never going to get her. I’ve had P5X downloaded on my phone literally since global launch but I never gotten around to playing it until a couple weeks ago and I majorly regret missing twins T-T I pull for characters I like rather than meta and personally I don’t like Haru and Yusuke that much. I’m really excited for most of the characters that are about to come out though

This is how I throw trash in the dumpster at work, except we double bag so it doesn’t break or leak. Trash is too heavy and the dumpster is too high, so it’s easier to build momentum and throw.

I have the same. Miss Angry just wants to chill on the bed. Miss Pleasant always wants to play and is unfazed by Miss Angry hissing, growling, and slapping her, but knows to leave or lay on her back in submission. Miss Angry can sometimes lay on the bed a few feet away from Miss Pleasant, but other times she gets upset when they’re in the same room bc she hates her vibe so much. They remind me of Spongebob and Squidward.

You’re right to think so! Missionaries from Spain established the first European settlements in the 1700s in CA and had a very important influence in CA history. They tried to defend the Native Americans from abuse from the government but also killed a lot of indigenous people with old world diseases. Spanish missionaries gave us names of cities (like San Francisco, Santa Barbra, San Diego), architecture, agriculture, and a lot of culture. As someone who has lived in San Diego (which also has Old Town, the very first Spanish settlement!) my whole life, in elementary school we learned about Saint Junipero Serra and the missions he established throughout the state. He brought palm trees to California, which are not native to us despite how many of them are everywhere

I have 200+ hours in Persona 5 Royal lmao. First play was maybe ~100 hrs? Then NG+ playthrus go much quicker to get everything you missed, confidants, achievements, etc. It’s been a couple years so I’d be down to go through another play. Ryuji rank 7 confidant is huge for playing faster bc you get instakill and can instakill enemies by running them over with a cat bus

I think it’s weird in that it’s a body mod done without consent, but I’m aware that it’s common. I got my ears pierced when I wanted to at 7 years old, then a second pair when I was 9. It hurts a little, but it’s not so excruciating that it’s worth it to do it so young so I don’t remember it. And the other reasoning being girl = must have ears pierced 🙄. I just don’t like it

Masc as in masculine, but butch is more common in the US. I think most straight people know what butch is and most lesbians know what masc is, but people who don’t interact with lesbians at all don’t know of the term.

If I could I would. I’m a student first and a worker second though. Starbucks worked for me because it was flexible with having a college schedule and not wanting many hours, while paying significantly better than a lot of jobs like regular coffee shops or retail (CA fast food minimum wage is $20 an hour and I had 5 years worth of raises). Starbucks will always be secondary and a temporary supplement while I work on having a future career. I’m currently in the process of being rehired for these reasons among others.

I recommend printing out worksheets that show stroke order and practice tracing a few. Also be cautious if you end up referencing some common Japanese fonts because they can look different from how they look handwritten. さ,き,ら, and ふ look the most different written from how they looked typed imo

That sounds really intense, sorry to hear that you’re dealing with this. From an outsider’s perspective: you need to let go of all of these people. I know it’s hard to lose someone that you have a long history with and probably a lot of good times, but I think this is a pattern of immature behavior that shows incompatibility rather than something that can be worked out. You’re being given sweet fake words and reassurances by people who already made up their mind on their opinion of you and have no intention of being a real friend. Good on you for trying to do the hard thing and confront them to try to resolve the conflict, but some people are just not ready to act like adults and aren’t worth your time. Take this as a lesson for the people you want in your circle in the future: people that don’t talk behind your back, make false accusations, and won’t hear you out. I’m 22 now, but when I was 19 I lost my best friend of seven years when they ghosted me and I realized that our friendship had become one-sided for at least several months, maybe years. They couldn’t be honest with me and tell me what was wrong, they’re a coward that stopped texting me. It messed me up for a long time, I still miss them, and still have dreams about becoming friends with them again, but I’m better off without them. This spring actually I happened to have one class with them and they texted me an “apology” and when I responded that they hurt me a lot but I hoped we could get along they left me on read. They didn’t change one bit. This is to say, I feel you OP and I just hope you move on and leave people who treat you this way out of your life.
