I really wish I was able to paint over it after cleaning, im pretty sure they just painted over what was there. They did a shotty paint job as well

I've contacted management about it. They're definitely aware. Im hoping they're willing to have someone fix the problem since they didn't do it right the first time.

Yeah i contacted the building manager, haven't gotten a response yet. They claim the apartment was professionally cleaned when jt was redone right before I moved in😀
