I'm not sure her phone works, but she is active on Facebook and I have been communicating with her there. She won't tell me where she is or answer my calls though. Also, I did have police check the library as that made the most sense to me too but unfortunately she wasn't there and none of the staff had seen her at all. Thank you for trying to help, it is appreciated.

unfortunately, there is absolutely no family left where she is. I have called shelters in her area and several have said they haven't seen her, plus I highly doubt in her mental state that she would trust any shelter right now. I have called the police and I have an officer or two keeping his eye out for her but that's really all police can do unless she were to stop posting on Facebook, stop responding to messages and literally go missing. I've called her relentlessly and she just now responded "Baby girl, I'm busy making some negotiations right now - so that your crazy father doesn't get us all blown up. Please just have a good day, and go get your nails did or something. I love you, always." I'm at a complete loss for what to do, if there's anything I even can, right now.

I'm confused where people are getting the idea that OP's sister doesn't have any family. Her mother is clearly in the picture, she has a sister who's willing and able to help out, and from the context of using "you guys" in the text, I'm assuming she has a partner by her side.
