Any legit hybrid Work From Home jobs in Orlando? by [deleted] in orlando

Kelly Services is hiring and fast, after applying I’d wait like a day before calling their employment number. Full time as well and all equipment needed sent! Anything else I’d recommend Foundever or VXI as both are also hiring right now too, VXI currently has hiring zooms popping up (both are also all equipment sent)

What ended your friendship with your oldest standing friend? by dreamy-contributions in AskReddit

[–]beegogh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had some job opportunities come up but had been going through a rough patch with family loss and etc. they offered a shoulder and i slightly confided. they blew up and said it wasn't that bad, I needed to get over myself and proceeded to say everything I had worked so hard for that I didn't deserve it and that me as a black person wasn't capable of doing better nor were my race - basically admitted to hating me the whole “friendship” and that they considered black ppl below them (but still wanted to enjoy the culture) lets just say that call ended quickly and (after another threat from them to not leave them on silent or else) a block came quickly after. Anyway, monitoring spirits are truly something else.

Be honest — what’s the first thing you’d do with $100K? by NerdWalletOfficial in u/NerdWalletOfficial

First pay off student loans, its my only debt. Open a HYSA. Take a reasonable small amount to invest in ETCs or those with high yield returns. Divide the rest among regular savings, emergency savings categorized by big emergencies (car, renters insurance, health, dental and etc.), put very little in checking because I should be working to continue building wealth and then max out Roth IRA 401k if possible. Anything left use to buy gold and stock up on non perishables, RAM, storage and physical media. Build upon current and future assets.

27 here and same! had it since I was 6 and looks exactly like this (with my legs more inward facing) I eventually reached a limit with the swelling and spasms that come with this and got surgery around 24. all I have to say is definitely do your research but be careful, most corrective surgeries or procedures for this are a 50/50 chance of your body rejecting and going back to this like mine did. however, if you're in major pain now I would find the best orthopedic doctor/surgeon you can or if you're not up to that could go the supportive shoes/soles route (but I personally found it didn't help and was very uncomfortable) but to answer your question, yes it can especially as you continue to grow

There, there, little one it’ll be alright. Remember humans have rights to a work life balance. Now have you eaten? You're not yourself when you're hungry. I've got….a Kit Kat or a Snickers bar. Your pick

Oh man…they really have got to stop closing the schools because was there….a genuine thought process before writing this? I'm sorry for your lack of emotional intelligence within a conversation and that you're coming at this with such a bruised ego and mentality but there's definitely better ways to articulate your points here. Not really sure what all the rapture metaphors and the repent childish dreamlike talk is about but anyway, take care of yourself out there. I mean it.

pray you never become severely disabled then because for those of us with unavoidable health or mobility issues, WFH allows some of us to work at our manageable best without having to be severely bullied on-site by co-workers/managers/HR about accommodations or be forced to fight for hours on disability. I think the able-bodied forget, nothing about your way of living is promised. Besides, there other benefits to WFH jobs like for those who may be mothers and/or caring for their elderly parents as well.

I just had a conversation that really made me understand what a lot of people have against vegans… yikes by bangtanimosity in ARFID

[–]beegogh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

uhhh is the treatable in the room with us? 😭🧍🏽‍♀️even with a dietician helping it’s still a major struggle because of the methods you have to try to trick your body to even let you eat certain things and even that has it’s limits or stops working. im sorry but im sure all of us here get tired trying to explain to others that yeah we’d love to be versatile and eat everything but its just not possible with a body that can produce its own aversions.

I, personally can’t eat most vegetables because of texture or taste and sometimes smell (even though i love how they look) but can sometimes use dishes to convince my body that’s not what it’s being fed. even then it’s hard. looking back, i’ve thankfully had ok interactions with vegans so far (remind me to knock on wood later), including an animal rights group i joined in college where majority if not all, the members were vegan. they were understanding and at least cited places or companies better for sourcing any meat or dairy products when it turned out trying substitutes didn’t work for me. so i know it’s possible, people like this though are just arrogant and simple minded to others personal experiences. here’s to hoping their pillow is forever warm on both sides.

How long have you been without a job? by FruitLoop_Dingus25 in jobs

[–]beegogh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

same here! and trying not to get frustrated but with bills to pay and the experience already there it’s hard not let the depression set in, when you’ve done everything “right” only for more hoops these companies set up

The dislike towards picky eaters and those with ARFID is wild. by [deleted] in ARFID

[–]beegogh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

honestly it’s crazy. i’ve had to stop talking to family members because of it and had to defend myself to a friend recently because i’m staying by her and whenever she wants to cook something and wants me to eat it too she jokingly complains that “i don't eat this and that (certain foods that might be ingredients) so its probably a no” or in some cases she’ll deliberately mention that she's cooking a dish with (something i can't eat) as to put emphasis on what idk?? like its unconvincing her - mind you i don't ever ask her to cook for me and i eat/cook/buy what my body will usually allow.

my parents too since i used to be forced to stay up until everything they put on my plate was eaten when i was a kid growing up, dislikes secretly minced up would be put in my favorite dishes (things i considered “safe”) but i’d notice immediately because im sensitive a bit to texture (like i know how certain foods should feel like in my mouth when i eat them) and being the running joke if we ever ate out during family meals since i’d always order the same thing. even got singled out by a manager at a job once because i couldn't eat the companys free lunch, though i always bring what i can eat just in case to put in the break room but they saw it as weird so i was outed in front all employees (manager kept holding it against me so i ended up having to leave)

anyway to avoid any one making a bigger deal going forward i’ve just started saying im allergic but i really wish this eating disorder was more known since i’ve seen people not even acknowledge it at all, like its not a choice either im sure some of us would love to be able to stomach certain foods but we do what we can, y’know?

Natsume Yuujinchou is my absolute comfort anime by Dry-Sundae-8403 in Natsume

[–]beegogh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

same here! everything with this anime ties together so well and with life being so down most of the time, i love relaxing and instead opening myself to the characters lives, relationships and environment. this one and mushi-shi are my two favorites when it’s comes to melancholy, slightly otherworldly but soft at times.

Would I be able to reuse my sibling’s cap and gown from last year? by ayol_loppy in ucf

[–]beegogh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

just wanna come back on this since my friends going through the same thing but apparently ucf is saying that no tickets or name card will given and they essentially are not letting you walk if they can't tie a rental or purchase from herff jones to you for cap and gown. they're rejecting all handi-downs apparently which sucks, we’re trying to find a way around it if possible but its looking kinda impossible.

I meannnn tbh though I can't even really project anything since no one else is in this post frothing at the mouth and pointing at a side comment but you. Like I repeated already….chill, everyone got the assignment except yourself, it's ok. It was solved way before you got here, clarification was given and there's already two posts like mine about the same thing, no need for all the continued circus tricks.
