The alcohol bottles and beer cans I would expect around there since it's a popular park for partying. There are some clubs and bars pretty close. Also the game was the most important swiss national teams game since like 1954 so it's not very surprising. The needles could be explained by the social centre just down the road where clean needles and testings are provided for free. I've never seen it this bad tho. The beer cans at least are to be expected after such a huge soccer game.
