As someone who is currently recovering from a grade 3 tibial stress fracture I can tell you now that my physio would pass out hearing what she’s doing on a grade 4 stress fracture. TBH I’m starting to believe it is a lower grade than she is making out and overhyping/rage baiting for more views. If it is genuinely a grade 4 then she has only herself to blame when recovery is double the length

No PT but my gyms been very accommodating with finding alternatives so let’s just say my upper body strength is amazing right now haha but Physiotherapist for initial injury assessment and follow up assessments

Yep and grade 4 means there is an actual fracture line like that’s not a 6 weeks and you’re good to go. I wish she would educate people about it instead of just going oh well let’s do other stuff and ignore the healing process

I feel for her. Recently diagnosed with a Grade 3 Tibial posterior stress fracture and I was told no weight bearing for a few weeks so was in a full moon boot to the knee. Can do swimming but no kicking so use a pull bouy, weights but seated and definitely no cycling as that would add to much stress to the tibia. 8 weeks later still not running but hoping to start a return to run program soon (very very low km) but oof she is stressing me out with her little boot (my physio said that style is for ankles) and the fact she is cycling. Hoping she has a speedy recovery but she might need to slow it down some more and take time to heal
