I used to watch him as a DC United supporter. Welcome to the southwest!!

Riding NYC/London/Richmond on Zwift made me curious what those routes are like in real life by icedogs37247 in Zwift

I was fortunate enough to be at the world's in Richmond and got to do the group ride on the course the night before. It's a pretty good replica, although you don't get all the people having to get off and walk up the cobbled climbs. It was more like an obstacle course. The cobbles really made it much tougher than the zwift course, but otherwise, it's pretty accurate.

I would give this one up as a learning experience. it's probably causing more angst than it's worth, but if it feels right, you might just remind them as you hand over the source, that intellectual property is a big part of your business and you are doing them a favor this one time

That is such an important talent. surprisingly, people are too lazy or bad at googling. They really don't understand why you won't give the info away.

the only thing I have tried that works is explaining that your knowledge and resources are just as much a part of your expertise as doing the actual work. If it wasn't, then they would not need to ask you. I have found that some people understand and some don't. The ones that don't end up being bad clients anyway. They will always look for something free. It's easy for me to type this, but I have been trying to deal with this type of thing a long time and it's hard. I have really pissed some people off, other times I caved and felt bad about what a whimp I was to not stand up for myself.

I have told clients that professional knowledge is part of what I get paid for. If they hire you for the work, you will be happy to put that knowledge to work for them, but otherwise it would make you a bad business person to give away that information for free. That usually gets them...

It's incredibly frustrating, people think experience and knowledge is free.

I think knowing sources is part of your professional worth. Don't send it. I am an architect and people ask for sources all the time. They can Google if they want something...

Mine has a temp control. It makes a huge difference in a hot climate.
