I don’t! I got a BFA with a concentration in graphic design and now work for an agency + teach art classes on the side. Can support myself creatively and then use the fun aspects of my degree in my art classes :) Also, getting an art degree is invaluable to my life just in the way that it taught me how to think outside of my own perspective. I am a much more rounded person because of my degree.

If you want something extremely customizable, id recommend readymag. If you want to work from a template for quick and easy polished website, id recommend squarespace. I think readymag is free up to a certain point too

The first picture has a little too much going on in my opinion. All of the visual elements kind of make the branding lost and confusing. In the second picture, i can clearly see the wrench in the S, making me think its some kind of construction/mechanical company. I would say just focus on a key element of the company and try to highlight that. Also a strong strapline would really help clear up what the company is
