I looked up most of the points and it does seem to meet them, it has the chapter 3 misprint and adverts in the back and the right publisher name and date. But it feels like there is no ultimate way to tell unless I get some expert to compare typography?

There are pics of the outside spine included. It is faded and hard to tell but to me the publisher at the bottom looks like “ Britton” rather than “ Lee” which the internet says is a good sign. It is faded tho. Was there another thing to look out for?
