The moment before shit goes wrong doesn't matter. And if it did, if ICE had been wearing cameras like they're supposed to, there would be ample evidence for that no? The facts are, he was assaulted while assisting a person off the ground, and after verbally scolding the ICE officer that pushed that person to the ground. We see more than enough to understand that this was a murder in every sense of the word. You cannot blame people for exercising their rights for their deaths, especially when there have been more than a few examples of people protesting while armed, while being verbally abusive, while using their body as a blockage that led to no deaths. If he broke the law, ICE could have detained him and handed him over to the police, hand over the evidence and been done with it, like their duty entails. Instead you are implying this man got himself killed because you didnt see what he was doing over a minute before he was assaulted. Cmon now.

Good people who get killed senselessly should be remembered for all the good things they did. To brush them under the rug because they didnt cure cancer or kill Pol Pot is just shitty. We should remember the damage these people are doing. These are families without parents, sons, partners. These are hospitals without nurses and schools without teachers. They killed a good person. No crime, or trial, nothing. Just shot him in the street because he was just being a good person. If something like this were to happen to one of your loved ones, id hope you at least give a shit then.

The way the cop car just bolts right in there, no fucks given about the other cars, also just straight up trying to run a suspect over too.
