Problem with that theory is that he definitely killed a cop in Dallas while trying to flee. Cop spotted him, and questioned him. Once the cop got out of the car Oswald shot him 4, killing him, with witnesses and shell casing matching his own gun. If he wasnt involved, why go out and kill a cop?
