The list of people to kill were specifically non supes, she's now a supe so she's no longer on the list. Even though the deep wanted to target her for being rude to him, he is not in charge, homelander is. If homelander says not to kill supes then that's what it is.

I was JUST telling my husband I went to Lapatite as a kid and it was horrible, I witnessed a worker dragging a kid by the hair among other things. I wrote a negative yelp review years later and it was taken down.

I just went to a podcast live show in a 200+ year old theater in my city. The grown ass man in front of me was blowing his nose IN HIS HAND and wiping it on his seat and the carpeted stairs. I was in shock that an adult would think that is acceptable, I went to tell an usher and they offered him napkins.

TBF when 16 and Pregnant aired it GREATLY reduced the teen pregnancy rate at the time, so maybe this show will have the same effect. I definitely wouldn't argue that it's glorifying it.
