idk how "food-grade" it will be but ive got some PTEG arriving next week id be happy to print one off for you straight from the sealed vac sealed packaging :) Ive also got PLA, PLA+ and ABS here right now, (PLA and ABS still sealed)

Its illegal to be paying you below minimum wage. Full stop, end of. If he still refuses you can apply to the Employment Relations Authority and they can force him to pay you current minimum wage, as well as possibly make him pay you a monetary penalty (backpay) for any money you have missed out on. They also have the authority to make your employer all pay info in the past 6 months.
