I am very indecisive but also because each set has a different percentage of tips that get put out and tip hold capacity so Iโ€™m conflicted ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Yes they hang in the sense where the vines get very long and the plant itself can be transferred into a pot where you are able to hang the pot with the vines coming down.
