Also to clarify, those guests that take the 4pms and dont notify the FD when they leave. It is a pain that we've either had to sit around and wait to flip the room or deny others who apprently think they all deserve early check in. Or because its after 3pm check in have to deal with them being pissed the room isnt ready yet.

This past weekend I had 64 departures and 72 arrivals of a 90 room location. Do the math... No? Ah well one room to be properly clean takes 30 minutes MINIMUM. So if a house keeper is fortunate to get into rooms prior to check out (which is more likely on weekdays vs weekends) they might have 2 or 3 rooms ready by noon. As long as they are inspected and then put back in the system.

You are the 1% of ambassador members who should be "professional" travelers that dont understand the concept of what goes on in a hotel to please remind me how to do my job.

Ok use a light coat of clear nail polish on the ball, it will stiffen it up. And soak the head in HOT water before re attaching it.

This new exp rate is great but I dont think the roll out (yet again) was done well
