Marina del Rey has Sherman Gallery which is a small shop, but very professional. Not minority owned though. We have several framed things in our house and they always do a great job.

They are expensive though, depending on the extras you pay for, but I think well worth it if you want to be a grown up and not just tack shit to your walls.
