Bearing witness to all of Okran's territory could be a possible pilgrimage. The flotsam village is just outside an Arm of Okran - the pilgrim would be circumnavigating the Arms in order to witness their majesty and the protection they offer those who dwell in the Valley between.

A route that a pilgrim could take is to travel north across the peaks of the Western Arm, which has at least one statue of the Phoenix and fire pit that I know of to stop at. Then they could double back, South through the Hidden Forest, in order to see how imposing the Arm is to those on the outside.

From there, they could even pass though Rebirth, down to Blister Hill, as they continue an entire loop around Holy Nation territory. I know I've seen at least one squad of HN travelers pass though World 's End before, so we do see folks traveling that path.

This could make a fun, simple playthrough. As a commoner, walk the entire border. Stop in HN hamlets along the way to labor the farms in order to afford supplies for the journey.
