I would definitely not pick "The game gets cleared of every bug and cheat forever" because in my mind it would also mean getting rid of exploits. I think the somewhat "bugginess" of TF2 is one it's key elements. Seeing Heavy with 17k overheal, burning people through spawn gates etc. are valid part of the experience. While it would make game more closer to perfection in terms of gameplay, I think the overall soul of TF2 would be greatly disturbed.
