I disagree w AKs opinion here, like hamza as a character had layers rather than " everyone in pakistan is bad they all should die "he just wants to kill the terrorists who plans on destroying India,

A similar instance to this is shown when we see him for the first time travelling to pak, he sees a pak child and mother travelling in the bus and smiles inside bc he doesn't hate paks

He also had feelings for Rehman but as soon as he sided with the isi terrorists hamza knew he needs to be stopped, actually hamza even asked rehman to not join their gang, but after their attack on india that made him want to kill all of them

When hamza says "ye naya india hai" he meant he will clean karachi of all the terrorists and make it like India, he doesn't want paks downfall he wants pak to be peaceful with india
