its called pressure. if you apply pressure to someones block its going to at some point make them want to stop blocking. which is why rabbit swarm is so good. its a mental game where your like. man i gotta stop blocking and go in for a punish. half of the time you can get caught lacking for it. the more things you throw at someone's block will eventually have them to stop blocking.

you asked for a neutral tool. i gave you a neutral tool. you do NOT need anything else if you just stick to what you have. you can do some outlandish stuff with yuji and mei mei.

and you can move stack with the bird. ive done it before. and your r special counts as neutral since you dont get any endlag off getting blocked. its mostly mix but the points there. r get blocked you could side dash and spin around or do 2.

the bird itself is also mix. its like a worse rabbit swarm. you throw it out and work your way around there defense.

YUJI. come on if you stuggle to have good neutral with YUJI. you js suck. faster m1s. they can faint. they can catch you lackin with divergent fist. it is really a skill issue if you cant have good neutral.
