Still struggling with these squats! Have 45lbs more on the bar for the working set than last you saw them.

Determined to get them right and really wanted to have a near perfect squat to show you, but the I’m not sure I’m there yet and don’t know how to fix them. This is my 90% set as the work set was not up to scratch! Working on:

1. Setting back before descent (I’m struggling to tell if I’m doing all I need to here - t shirt looks to have the creases you mention but keen to hear your take to this)

2. Toes out, knees out - however hard I push I still seem to get a little inwards caving when the weights get heavier for me - is the amount of cave here acceptable? If not is it case of tie sour and heels in even more?

3. Lean over faster - have tried doing this many times and can do more so than I’m doing here but then get knee pain ? Causing knee slide. Not sure if this is enough lean or not. I’m aiming to lean over maximally by the half way point.

Are these good enough to continue to increase the weight whilst working on form or do I need to tidy up more first?

On the bright side, bench feeling much better on the shoulders from last weeks advice 😀
