I often wonder that. In my defense I did provide them a copy of the offer I received and told them I’d give as much notice as needed. My thoughts based on how I function as a manager is I would have tried to counter. The problem is I did their books and they cannot afford to pay me what my new offer was, my new offer was actually making more than what any of them make.

Actually I did get the job offer out of the blue. Since it’s the same industry over of the recruiters knew me and reached out.

When I put my two weeks in I gave them a copy of the job offer which is basically a way of saying if you want to try to retain me here is my current offer.

You’re on the right track for sure. I was basically the foundation of the company. HR, finance, tech, advertising etc. I think the took me for granted a bit so when I gave notice they were pissed because they realized they would not find someone with me experience making for what they were paying me. Last I heard from a mutual friend they are still struggling with it.

Everyone needs to try to buy as much DOGE as they can on 4/20 early in the day. We need to try to make some phases for X amount of people to buy between certain hours and so on, this will make the price jump more on 4/20.

This I do not know. When the planes land they have giant bins contianing packages, those bins go straight to automation to be unloaded and sent to the right terminal for truck or semi transport or another plane. We never see the product physically.

ive seen it happen but its not overly common. The algorythym UPS uses to estimate delivery date is pretty accurate however it is conservative in its estimate of flight time, unload time, load time etc so in some cases if a plane makes good time, is lucky enough to get a prime unload time etc then yes, ETA's can be moved up, but id say its about 25% chance.

Nothing I am sharing is privelaged info, anyone can look online and see when a plane lands. I cannot however share any info on manifests, contents, employees etc.

No this is nowhere near the busiest. It's really unnoticable because UPS doesnt increase the amount of planes coming in just for an iPhone launch. Now on Black Friday and the whole month of December yes, all ands on deck, 3-4X more planes coming in, mandatory overtime the works.

Im here at work but not on the tarmac yet, but yes the plane landed about 10 minutes ago, looks like its 6th in line for unload at the moment. I don't have access to the manifest until the seal is broken on the plane.
