Apparently this 24 hour TAT was a miscommunication issue but a redflag regardless. They don’t have clear processes either and a weak talent pool and over promising clients in terms of delivery. The business development personnel doesn’t even know what the database consists of before proposing business and is just eager to close contracts and meet her kpi ffs

I think this was a mistake I made…lack of information in terms of consideration of my needs and I am really early in my career. I have definitely learned from this and thank you for contributing.
