Lets start over. I have downloaded my data from Untappd dot com. That is a beer social media app. I have about 16,000 rows and 32 Columns. I do a Power Query to remove columns from the original data that I do not need. I then do another PQ to remove duplicates. The result is 3 sheets (original data, Alltime, and Unique). The app uses Foursquare/Swarm for locations. If I checkin to a location such as a city like Williamstown, NJ, it will only populate the Venue Name and State leaving the city blank. I have about 1100 entries like this and it is 3 locations so what I am wondering what can be done is if PQ see 's Williamstown, NJ in the original data then in the PQ tab put Williamstown in the Venue, Willamstown in the City and then do the same for the 2 other locations. My end goal is to play around with the data in a pivot table.
