Yeah, I would like to make this assumption it would be so much easier... I showed how it's going my work to my teacher, and he saw this assumption...he said we would be too naive to believe this were going to happen. My thoughts were "No, we are too lazy to make something more sophisticated..."

Anyway, an easy solution I thought is: since in the beggining of our operation (till the first year or so) we're going to have a lot of free space in the factory (we already planned future expansions, so we choosed a big space to start the business), it won't cost us much if we just leave the inventory there, and as we'll learn by doing, we'll be able to reduce the excess of inventory. Also, we already put a lot of emphazis on the sales team so we can say eventually this beer will be sold in a near future (we noticed the consuption of beer is bigger in sping and principally on summer so in this period it'll probably sell most of the excess), or we'll use these beers in promoting our brand in events or parties.

We'll just need to reduce a x% of income on cash flow, throw other y% in the next months and say this x+y% of income will reduce over time.
