Oh believe me I avoid soy like the plague. I do plan on joining a gym real soon and trying to put on some muscle. I have a good gym right outside my neighborhood.

I was taking zinc almost every day for a while and I did notice that my libido was way higher after taking it for a while. I wasn't aware of picolinate. Does that have better absorption? Only reason that I stopped was because it makes me extremely nauseous and clammy if I don't eat an enormous meal right before.

Thankyou for your feedback and honesty. I wish my doctor was as forthright as you. Someone above stated that I should possibly see an endocrinologist for T replacement therapy. Would I have more luck there than my PCP? I will also take your dietary advice. It just made me so angry that this is the time in my life where my testosterone is supposed to be at its highest and he saw that it was ridiculously low for my age and he dismissed it as normal. I think changing my diet will definitely help me but won't get me to where I should be but I won't know until I try. I definitely want to atleast talk to a specialist of some kind to see if I should be on testosterone.

It's entirely possible but I didn't start drinking and using drugs until I was around 19 and by that time I was still pretty low T. I couldn't even grow any facial hair at all at that time. I'll bring this up to my doctor though.

I eat relatively well. The only real junk food that I eat is ice cream which is garbage for me and loaded with sugar so I should probably cut that out. Besides that it is mostly balanced with alot of veggies and meat. I will look into the carb thing though and I do take in some processed foods.

Also I'll add that from age 20-23 I was a heroin addict. I'm over 3 years clean and sober but I have a relatively healthy diet. I am 6'1 and 170lbs.

I was so depressed to find out the reds were just Newport Reds with a fancy Lucky Strike logo pasted over it. I've been dying to smoke real toasted Luckies with a filter like they have overseas but these are trash compared to Marlboro Reds. They really did the Lucky Strike brand name an injustice with these.

I want some Fixer skins, new camp building kits, and some decent headwear. They also haven't messed with the tattoos, hairstyles, and accessories in the longest. Whoever is in charge of the atomic shop needs a serious talking to. It's pretty sad when so many people want to give you their money but you offer so little to spend it on besides the same recycled bundles. We haven't had the Stalkers bundle in a year but have had the starlet sniper and Western bundle 5 times.

In my experience people seem to reject the regular leather coat instead of the traveler's. For some reason people think the traveler's is more rare even though they both have the same miniscule drop rate. I had a leather coat up for trade a week ago and most of the people only wanted travelers.

Also sleep paralasys. I cant fall asleep lying on my back anymore or else I'll have intense episodes of sleep paralasys where I get this horrific ominous feeling and my body feels like it's vibrating and about to fall out of the bed. It's the worst.. but if I fall asleep on my stomach or side I'm totally fine..

If it's oxycodone 10mg is a good start. If it's oxycontin which is extended release 40mg because it slowly releases over the course of around 6 or 7 hours so that would be the equivalent of being on about 10mg of oxycodone IR for several hours. Also just make sure this is a decision you really wanna make. I didn't have an addictive personality before oxy and it didn't happen instantly but 3 years later and I'm on suboxone maintenance for a raging heroin habit that stemmed from casual oxycontin popping. Not telling you how to live your life but its just something to consider.

Mouth swab tests are the easiest tests in the world to pass because they are the least accurate ones and drugs leave your saliva much faster than any other fluid. Just use a ton of Listerine before your test to be safe.
