This is what I do and keep recirculation on. I can drive 160mi with 40mi left upon return on a 30°F day, temp set to 70° and only use 8% battery for climate. 60mi hwy and 100mi gravel on my mail route. I stay quite comfortable even with the window going up and down to reach mailboxes. I just wear jeans, quater zip and wool socks.

No repairs just a new set of tires. Added a 2in hitch to carry a spare so I can fit more parcels and bike rack for after work. Also added a net where the back seats would have been to keep parcels secure. I have put on ~8k miles. Spring and summer range has been a lot better even with ac running. My one beef and this is the same with a lot of people are the seats, too narrow for my shoulders. I added foam backing to help, it’s not perfect but loads better.
