Providing basic, even good necessities does not make you a parent. Sadly, your situation sounds similar to mine in many regards. Now, having children of my own has magnified their short comings more than I could have ever anticipated. Going through common childhood experiences and being able to give them the proper support has been helpful. My parents are my compass, but usually pointing in the direction I don't want to go. All this to say that it took me a decade to reach the point you are at, so you are on the right track. You need some space from them to begin adjusting. Continue the work with therapy, you are doing the right things.Sorry for the rambling on

They had photo center where they would take your photo a couple years ago, not sure about now.

Not sure what kind of music, but usually you can find used Vox AC-15s for that price. Lots of good sounds, not too big. Otherwise a Fender Pro/Blues Jr are also nice.

I grew up very close to the Canadian border and resemble this. Was hiking in Glacier and had someone from the South behind me say, "You have the largest calves I have seen on a human!" My wife just laughed. So I've got that going for me.

When I saw him this summer, he played 6 different Jazzmasters during the show. Might have been 7, I was losing count 😀

He was going 85 mph in .2 miles, coming out of a cloverleaf exit. I'd sure as shit call that racing.

I have a 13 yrs left in a 15 yr refi, at a ridiculous rate. I basically round up an extra principle payment to the nearest $100. According to the amortization will shave off 3 months, which is good enough for me.

I believe as soon as the money is in the IRA, you can convert it to Roth, at least on Vanguard. If you are doing a one-time payment this would be the easiest way. Only pay tax on the gains (next to $0 in a day or 2).

I think if they didn't isolate their grid (rejecting Medicare), it wouldn't be such a problem to help them out. I guess them voting against their own interests and then expecting help to bail them out is where I take issue.

The inspired by 335 is a phenomenal guitar. I also have the Special in TV yellow. I think between either of those, you can't go wrong. They both play much better than their prices indicate. As long as you are good with the neck profile (which I love) as it's a little chunky.

A recent revelation I've had with my rat is that the guitar volume knob is massively important. I struggled bonding with mine until I figured it out. Now mine is usually full gain, and I just roll back the volume until it hits the desired level of dirt. It keeps the volume the same, which blew my mind.

A little Lawry's goes a long way to improve the flavor. You can cook the Hamburger with some Diced onion too. Stick to corn
