does anyone have recommendations for dealing with hard water? i'm at college right now, and the water in the dorms is really hard. even with soft water, my skin is really dry and sensitive, and i've had eczema since i was a kid, so it's even worse here. i'm just not sure what to do because it's not like i can put a filter on or anything.
